Portfolio on SLIDE mag

America’s SLIDE mag just published a 18 pages portfolio on Sergio’s work in the Canary Islands on their last issue (issue #27). A few words from their table of contents here:

Canary Islands Portfolio:
Sergio Villalba Morales Portfolio

Being a local photographer in an unspoiled land of inspiring beauty and heavy surf, Sergio Villalba Morales knows the moods of the Canary Islands like few others, and he has the insane images to prove it. Eighteen pages of (mostly empty) waves and color from Sergio’s homeland, presented in very large format, are offered for your extended staring pleasure.

Azul Marino magazine: Cover and full page photos

Our friends on Prisa Revistas picked one of our photos for the cover of Trasmediterranea’s onboard mag last issue.
Sergio shot that photo a few years back. To achieve it he placed the camera on the highest part of the mast, hanging from a Manfrotto’s magic arm and waited to be on the open sea surrounded by the pilot whales to release the shutter remotely.

There’s yet another of his photos inside the mag as a full page opening an outdoor sports article. That’s Manuel Lezcano doing his master move in Caleta Caballo (Lanzarote) on an epic light afternoon.

Tenerife, la isla donde se esconden los volcanes

Tenerife’s tourist board just released one of the videos we made for them last year.
They presented it at London’s World Travel Market first and this week at Madrid’s FITUR, and yes, it’s officially online now…
